Muhammad Iqbal

Muhammad Iqbal holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM). Prior to joining our firm, he gained valuable experience at three reputable law firms, namely Messrs. Ng & Tina, Messrs. Hafarizam Wan & Aisha Mubarak, and Messrs. Roy & Co., where he was actively involved in civil, employment and criminal litigation matters. He is a high achiever and was awarded with Datuk Abu Hassan scholarship.

He has served as a panel solicitor for various corporations and represented high-profile clients.

•He has had the privilege of representing organizations such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), among others.

•In LOW KEE KIAN & ORS v. CHU SAU BEN & ORS [2021] CLJU 2601. He represented the Plaintiffs whereby the Court has ordered the Defendant to transfer the shares, which was previously sold at SGD13,800,000.00, back to the Plaintiffs. In addition, the Defendant is to bear the costs of RM 35,000.00

•In WONG CHEW MEI v. MAXXIMA RESOURCES (M) SDN BHD [2021] 1 ILR 592 he represented the Company before the Industrial Court. Successfully dismissed the Claimant's claim against the Company.

•In ZAIRI JINAL lwn. MAXXIMA RESOURCES (M) SDN BHD he represented the Company before the Labour Court. Successfully dismissed the Claimant's claim against the Company.
